We recently used French and Westcott to replace all 40+ windows in our house.  It has had a completely transformative effect and we are absolutely delighted with the result.  This was due to Ryan's vision in understanding what we wanted and how it could be achieved, his designs that paid attention to the smallest details that we had not even considered and then the care and craftsmanship that went into the execution.  

The new windows and doors let in far more light than before but I am always surprised as to how reassuringly solid they are when you open them, they are so well designed and made.  And we have already noticed how much warmer and quieter they are.

Throughout the whole process, Ryan and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful and responsive in answering our questions and presenting carefully considered options for us.

I am delighted to supply a testimonial for Ryan Woodward.  Ryan was recommended to me and, unlike every other person I tried, got in touch immediately after I left him a message, then visited extremely promptly.  He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, checking that the plans specified by the architect for my replacement windows were compatible with the window openings, and making sure that the end result would be pleasing when looked at from the inside.  He also made sure to get in touch with the builder who would be installing them, and this made life a lot easier all round.   I was delighted to receive the initial quotation so quickly, and any subsequent amendments were immediately processed, and the cost implications made clear.   Anybody who has dealings with the building industry would appreciate his speedy response and clear enthusiasm for the job.  

Three years on, the windows themselves are a joy to use – they came treated, primed and undercoated, in a beautiful long lasting hardwood, so all I had to do was give them a final coat of gloss.  Unlike virtually all the other windows in the house (and I will be getting Ryan back to make them in due course), they still open and close easily in all weathers.   I have been recommending him to many of my customers, and was only sorry that he was unable to make a set of windows for an outbuilding of mine last year because he was too busy completing a large order for a contact of mine!
